How do I sign in to the app?

On the web, we send a magic link to your email — tap it to sign in instantly. On the iOS app, we send a 6-digit code to your email which you enter directly in the app. No password needed.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Tap the "Upgrade" button in the top right corner of the home screen. On iOS, payment is processed securely through Apple. On the web, we accept Naira and USD payments.

I paid for Premium but it's not showing. What do I do?

Sign out and sign back in with your email — Premium access is verified at sign-in. If the issue persists, email us at team@sacrednovenas.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sacred Novenas → Cancel. On the web, email us at team@sacrednovenas.com and we'll cancel it for you.

My prayer progress disappeared. How do I restore it?

Prayer progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or cleared your browser data, unfortunately this cannot be recovered. We recommend completing your novena before clearing app data.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by tapping your profile icon → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. Alternatively, email us at team@sacrednovenas.com and we will delete your account within 48 hours.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We only collect your email address for sign-in purposes. Your prayer progress is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. Read our full Privacy Policy.
