Heavenly Father, You know the desires of my heart and the burdens I carry. I am seeking work, and the waiting is not easy.
You said that the worker is worthy of their wages, and You call each of us to use our gifts in service of others. Lord, I believe You have a plan for my livelihood. Open doors that no man can shut. Guide my steps toward the right opportunity, and close doors that are not for me.
Grant me clarity in knowing which path to pursue. Give me confidence as I apply and interview, perseverance when the search grows long, and peace in the waiting. When discouragement creeps in, remind me that I am not seeking work alone — You are seeking it with me.
Provide for my needs in the meantime. Guard me against anxiety and bitterness. Let this season draw me closer to You, not further away.
