Lord, I am overwhelmed. Everything feels like too much. The weight of my responsibilities, my worries, and my fears is crushing me. I do not know how to carry it all.
But You do.
You said: "Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
I come to You now, just as I am — exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to fix everything on my own. I do not need to fix everything. I just need You.
Help me to let go of what I cannot control. Show me the one next thing I need to do, and give me the grace to do it. Carry what I cannot carry. Be my strength when I have none left.
Lord, I am not alone. You are with me. That is enough.
