Novena for Business Success – 9 Days of Prayer

For blessing on business ventures, ethical success, and wisdom in enterprise

The Novena for Business Success is a prayer for entrepreneurs and owners who want their work to be honest and fruitful. It asks for wisdom, ethical decisions and blessing on staff and customers. It sees business as a vocation to serve. Begin it before a launch or a hard decision. Catholic teaching sees business as a way to serve the common good, not only to profit. Use the novena to examine how you treat staff, suppliers and customers, and ask for the wisdom to lead without cutting corners.

Novena for Business Success – prayer for all nine days

Intention: For Business Success, Ethical Enterprise, and Wisdom in Commerce

Lord God, You have given us talents and abilities and call us to multiply them for Your glory. I place my business and all my professional endeavors into Your hands, trusting that You will direct my steps.

Heavenly Father, You are the Lord of all creation and every good venture finds its success in You. I ask Your blessing upon my business and my work.

Grant me wisdom in my decisions, integrity in my dealings, and perseverance through challenges. Send me the right partners, clients, and opportunities according to Your will. Protect my business from dishonesty, unfair competition, and all harm.

Help me to conduct my affairs with justice and charity, remembering that true success is measured not only in profit but in service to others and faithfulness to Your commandments.

St. Homobonus, patron of business people, you showed that holiness and commerce can go hand in hand. Pray for me that my business may prosper and that through it I may provide for my family, create opportunities for others, and give generously to those in need.
