All Saints Novena – 9 Days of Prayer
For the intercession of all the saints and the grace to follow their example of holiness
The All Saints Novena honours the countless holy men and women who now rest with God, known and unknown. It reminds you that holiness is not rare but a calling for everyone, and it asks the saints to pray for you. Praying it before November 1 gives you nine days to name the saints who shaped your life. It also pairs well with All Souls Day, which follows on November 2. Because the saints include ordinary parents, nurses, soldiers and teachers, the novena makes holiness feel less distant. Keep a list of the saints you know from your own family and add them to your prayer.
A novena is nine consecutive days of prayer. Begin nine days before the feast (November 1) and finish on its eve. You can pray this novena at any time of year.

Intention: For the Intercession of All the Saints
O Almighty and everlasting God, You have given us the joy of honoring all Your saints. Through their prayers, strengthen us to follow their example of faith and love, so that we may one day share in their glory in Heaven.
O Blessed Saints of Paradise, the glorious Citizens of Heaven, as I render most humble thanks to God for all the good He has done you, so I ask you to remember me in your prayers, and obtain for me the entire remission of my sins, the amendment of my life, and imitation of your good spirit, and holy graces, that I may be perfectly reconciled to my Savior, and always please Him, but especially I recommend to you the hour of my death, that by your holy intercession my soul may depart this world in the grace of God, and immediately come to Life Everlasting.
Protect Thy people, O Lord, and as we confide in the patronage of Thy Apostles, Peter and Paul, and of Thy other Apostles, so preserve and defend us continually. May all Thy Saints, we beseech Thee, O Lord, everywhere assist us, that while we celebrate their merits, we may find their patronage.
